When an aggressive dog is part of your family, your world becomes ever smaller. It’s hard to understand until you’ve experienced it - in our case, we needed to avoid dogs, kids, and strangers for Mario’s safety… and unfortunately, they’re everywhere!

A rental cabin in the mountains outside Florissant, Colorado, became our trusted space for quality time as a family, and when management changed and dogs were no longer allowed, we found our own. We purchased Sunflower Cabin in 2018 and Indigo A-Frame in 2021!
